What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order. You can buy as much as you want.

How can I order?

To place an order, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart by pressing the
"Add to Cart" button, and then press the Order button from the Shopping Cart section, on the
top-right side of the site. After this moment you can create a user account (if you don't
already have one) or you can just enter the billing and delivery data without registering an
account. The next steps are choosing the delivery method, the payment method and
confirming the order.

How can I change the order?

If you want to modify an order, you can contact us at contact@extrebabes.com, as soon as you have placed an order, and we will gladly modify it.

How can I make the payment?

We accept all types of card payments, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Revolut, and more.

How much does the delivery cost?

Because we want to reward your dedication and love for EXTRABABES products, we offer you the following benefits:

Shipping costs are:

Europe (1-3 days) - €6
United Kingdom & Ireland (3-4 days) - €10
Canada, United States (5-7 working days) - €25

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

The delivery for the products in stock will be made within a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order. We will inform you after placing the order of the exact delivery time.

Can I exchange or return the product?

Of course, you have 14 days to do this. The only conditions are that the product has no
damage or signs of wear and must be returned with the label and in the original package.

How can I validate my discount code?

At the end of the order, you can enter the coupon code, after you have entered the correct code, the amount will automatically decrease. You can only use one code per order, and it cannot be combined with other discounts

How can I cancel the order?

With the name used when placing the order, the order number and the reason for cancelling the order, please send us a message at contact@extrababes.com and our colleagues will cancel.

Can a product be cancelled from the order?

With the name used when placing the order, the order number and the exact parameters of the product you want to cancel, please kindly send a message to contact@extrababes.com, and the colleagues will take action.

When do I receive the invoice?

The invoice will be sent within 8 working days, after receiving the parcel, in electronic form to the email address used when placing the order.

Where is my order?

Please send a message to contact@extrababes.com with the name used when placing the order, with the order number, and colleagues will check the current status of the order. If the order is with the courier service, you should receive an email with the tracking number. This tracking number must be entered here => https://extrababes.aftership.com or on the official website of the courier used for your contry.

Delivery

Which countries do we deliver to?

From our company, with the help of the fast courier service (1-3 working days), we deliver to any country that belongs to the European Union. We also deliver to the rest of the countries, but not with the fast courier service (1-7 working days).

How can I find out information about the expected delivery date?

The courier service sends you a notification about the time of delivery. If there are changes after receiving the notification, the courier service can be consulted.

Can I change the delivery address?

If the parcel hasn’t been sent, you can contact us on the email contact@extrababes.com and we can change the address for you.
Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the address we are sending it to.
